Why should I go on a retreat? While we all have the best of intentions to take good care of ourselves, listen to our inner voice, and nurture our dreams, we know life can lead us away from these intentions. A retreat is a time to prioritize you and connect deeply with who you are in this moment. This is a protected space to step away from the day-to-day, to be nurtured and to nurture your deepest, best, truest self. By committing to a retreat, you can rest assured that you will have the mental space, time, and support to focus on yourself and what you want to cultivate now.
